Butterfly Imp with Ammotrack
Butterfly Imp and Ammotrack will be sharing the stage in Sticky Fingers in Gothenburg on the 6th of February, so get yourself along around 20:00 for an evening of edgy, energetic and dynamic hard-rock with hook lines that you will still be humming to yourself when you wake up the next morning.

Another simple lick, this one made popular by the late Tony Williams. I found it in a book I have about Dennis Chambers, called Serious Moves. It'd be cool to see other people try it and maybe share with us more applications.

The Ball is Rolling
Things are starting to settle, or perhaps the turbulence has only just begun. I can't tell either way to be honest. I'm starting to develop more of an ear for this foreign language, though it doesn't help that my friends speak so quickly!
The content creation has begun and so the ball is rolling, although not only in that aspect. A more firm sense of direction is being developed, and it couldn't be long until I have found my feet in this adventure.
What it Means
So you love your instrument. You love being a musician. Far from being a hobby, it is a way of life, and one which you have invested years of blood, sweat, and tears in. A voice in the back of your mind tells you that you definitely can make a career of this, but how? On one hand you have the near-homeless drummer struggling to ever make ends meet, and on the other side of the career path you have young rockstars touring the world, living in upmarket homes and driving fast cars.
